Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made on the Raypath UK Shop website (raypathuk.co.uk). Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

 

  1. About Us

Raypath UK Shop is an independent UK retailer of genuine Raypath products. We are independently operated, and this website is not the official Raypath International website. Raypath trademarks and product names are used only to identify the genuine products we sell.

  1. Products

We aim to show accurate product descriptions, photographs and information. Packaging or appearance may occasionally differ slightly from the images shown. All products are subject to availability.

 

  1. Prices and Payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The total price, including delivery, is shown before you complete your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout, and card payments are processed securely by Stripe.

 

  1. Your Order

After you place an order, we will email you an order confirmation. Our contract with you starts when we send it. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot fulfil it. If we have already taken payment, we will refund you in full.

 

  1. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery costs £5 per order and usually takes 2 to 3 working days. The delivery cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before you pay. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us and you may cancel it for a full refund.

 

  1. Your Right to Cancel

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at info@raypathuk.co.uk with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the products back to us.

We will refund the price of the products and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the products back, to your original payment method. We may reduce the refund if a product has been used or handled more than was needed to check it.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed products such as creams, cosmetics, toothpaste and other personal care items cannot be returned once the seal has been broken after delivery.

 

  1. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a full refund. After that, we will offer a repair or replacement, or a refund where that is not possible. We will cover the cost of returning faulty or incorrect items. This does not affect your legal rights.

 

  1. Using the Products

Please follow the instructions provided with each product. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or by not following the instructions, except where the law does not allow us to exclude liability.

 

  1. Privacy

We handle the personal information you give us in line with our Privacy Policy.

 

  1. Brand Independence

Raypath UK Shop is independently operated and is not the official Raypath International website. Third-party trademarks, brand names and product names belong to their owners.

 

  1. Our Responsibility to You

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

 

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page when you place it.

 

  1. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
