About Raypath products
Can Raypath cloths clean effectively using only water?
Yes. When wet, the ultra-fine fibres open into a dense structure that loosens and lifts dirt, grease and residue, trapping them inside the material instead of moving them around the surface.
Silver nanoparticles are incorporated into the fibres. For heavier dirt, Raypath NanoSilver Soap may be used.
Will Raypath cloths scratch glass, glossy or delicate surfaces?
No. Raypath cloths will not scratch surfaces when the correct material is used according to the instructions and cared for properly.
Are Raypath products worth the price compared with sprays and disposable cloths?
Definitely. Raypath gloves are washable, reusable and designed to last for 10-15 years. They can replace numerous cleaning sprays, chemicals, disposable wipes and ordinary cloths, eliminating repeated purchases and household waste.

Which Raypath cloth or glove should I use on which surface?
White: Designed for water-resistant surfaces, including kitchen worktops, bathrooms, tiles, grout, glass and windows etc.
White NOVA: Designed for upholstery and fabrics, including sofas, car seats, curtains, carpets and rugs.
Beige Maintenance: For surfaces that don’t like alot of water, such as wood, matt furniture, leather, electronic equipment, walls and wallpaper. Use slightly damp.
Pink: Use dry to collect dust, hair, pet fur and pollen.
Sunbeam: The finishing cloth for removing excess moisture, drying and polishing surfaces to a streak-free finish.
What is the difference between a Raypath cloth and ordinary microfibre?
Unlike ordinary microfibre, Raypath cleaning materials use advanced, densely packed fibres with a hair-like structure. This technology allows them to reach into tiny surface pores, lifting and trapping dirt, grease and odours.
The fibres contain nanosilver to support hygienic cleaning, removing the need for conventional chemical sprays. Designed to last 10 to 15 years, Raypath materials are therefore a smart, long-lasting, chemical-free alternative to ordinary microfibre cloths.
Do I still need any cleaning products with Raypath?
No. For everyday cleaning, water and the correct Raypath gloves and cloths are sufficient, so separate multi-surface sprays, chemicals, glass cleaners and floor detergents are not needed.
We also offer Raypath natural soap, Raypath laundry liquids, Raypath dishwasher gel and Raypath toilet gel as well as natural care products for skin and hair.
Using and caring for Raypath products
How do I use a Raypath cloth or glove?
Soak the appropriate White, White NOVA or Beige Care cloth in cool water and gently wring it out. Beige Care should be only slightly damp.
Clean using light, circular movements, then finish with a dry Sunbeam Cloth.
Use the Pink Glove dry.
No chemicals are needed at any point.
Never use Raypath materials on hot or warm surfaces. Always allow the surface to cool completely first, and follow the surface manufacturer’s care instructions.
How do I activate the gloves before first use?
Machine wash at up to 60°C with a maximum spin speed of 800 rpm, using water only. Full activation is achieved after three to four washes, although the products may be used between washes.
The Pink Glove does not require activation but may be washed before first use to make it more flexible.
How do I wash Raypath gloves and cloths?
Wash at up to 60°C with a maximum spin speed of 800 rpm, using a small amount of washing powder for white fabrics or Raypath NanoSilver Soap.
Do not use fabric softener, washing capsules or bleach, as these can affect the fibres. Wash Sunbeam and Pink materials in a closed mesh bag or zipped pillowcase.
Do not allow heavily soiled gloves to dry before washing. If necessary, leave them soaking in clean water.
Can Raypath gloves and cloths go in the tumble dryer?
No. Allow them to dry naturally. Do not tumble-dry them or place them directly on radiators, heaters or other heat sources.
Delivery
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery costs £5 per order, or is free on orders of £50 or more. New customers also get free delivery on their first order with the code WELCOME at checkout. Delivery normally takes two to three working days. Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Final delivery information will be shown at checkout.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not currently. We presently deliver to UK addresses only.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an order if I change my mind?
For most online purchases, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to return it.
Email info@raypathuk.co.uk with your order number for return instructions. We refund within 14 days of receiving the products back. Sealed items such as creams, cosmetics and toothpaste cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.
Who pays the return postage?
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, as the products remain your responsibility until they reach us.
We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products.
What if my order is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
Email info@raypathuk.co.uk with your order number and photographs. Within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a full refund. After that we will offer a repair or replacement, or a refund where that is not possible. Your statutory rights apply.
