We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, please get in touch and we will help.

 

  1. Changed Your Mind?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email us at info@raypathuk.co.uk with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the products back to us. We will reply with the returns details.

 

  1. Your Refund

We will refund the price of the products and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the products back. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

We may reduce the refund if a product has been used or handled more than was needed to check it.

 

  1. Items That Cannot Be Returned Once Opened

For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed products such as creams, cosmetics, toothpaste and other personal care items cannot be returned once the seal has been broken after delivery.

 

  1. Faulty, Damaged or Wrong Items

If a product arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, please email us at info@raypathuk.co.uk as soon as possible, with your order number and a photo if you can.

Within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a full refund. After that, we will offer a repair or replacement, or a refund where that is not possible. We will cover the cost of returning faulty or wrong items.
